Submission
In a large envelope include:
• One complete entry form per design (maximum of 3 designs per
person).
• A CD of the art
• A print of the design on 8.5 x 11” paper or larger (one print
in color, on in black/white).
• On the front of the envelope, write:
1. Your name
2. ACDCA Logo Design Entry
3. Date submitted
Details/Fine Print:
• By submitting your designs, you authorize the Australian
Cattle Dog Club of America, Inc.® to use the prize-winning entry
on all kinds of documents for purposes of promotion and
communication.
• The Australian Cattle Dog Club of America, Inc.®’s Publicity
and Promotions Committee will select 3 finalists and the ACDCA
Board of Directors may select up to two additional finalists.
• The winner will be decided by post or email votes from the
membership of the ACDCA who will be judging all finalists. One
vote per member.
• In the unlikely event that the Board does not believe that any
of the submissions received by the deadline are worthy of
consideration by the membership, the deadline may be extended.
• The member with the winning logo will be contacted via phone
or email on July 1st and the winning logo will be posted on
Australian Cattle Dog Club of America, Inc.®’s website acdca.org
shortly after notification.
*All artwork entered
becomes the property of Australian Cattle Dog Club of America,
Inc.®. By submitting an entry, artists are authorizing
publication of the artwork submitted at the discretion of
Australian Cattle Dog Club of America, Inc.®. The winning artist
agrees, authorizes, and acknowledges that the winning logo
submitted becomes the exclusive property of Australian Cattle
Dog Club of America, Inc.® which shall have all ownership,
usage, and other similar or applicable rights thereto.
