I have six motions from Ingrid:

Motion #1: On behalf of Performance committee that Performance Ranking of ACDs in Obedience and Agility be determined on an annual basis for all areas of performance based on scores provided by an annual printout of ACDs scores from AKC (shared with the Herding and Awards committee) If no print-out is obtained by the club the ranking of ACDs in Obedience and Agility will be limited to OTCH and MACH scores from the reports in the Quarterly per AKC. Herding will be calculated as it has in the past by the Herding Committee.

Motion #2: On behalf of Performance committee that Performance Comittee be granted the blessing of the club to send out a letter of recognition to those who obtain excellence in obedience, agility, and tracking performance. HIT, OTCH, MACH, UDX, TDX. VST. Presently, the committee does send out a courtesy letter but it would be nice to word it from ACDCA not just ACDCA performance committee.

Motion #3: On behalf of Performance committee that Versatility Awards will be determined by the Performance committee on an annual basis and reported to the Awards committee by June of next year in time for them to prepare certificates
to be awarded at nationals per standing rule. The Performance committee may at
any time publish the Versatility determinations on acdca.org during the year.
