President-elect Bill Ballard has declined the nomination for ACDCA president, as he has taken a job in Australia. The board has appointed an ad hoc nominating committee to find a new candidate. The committee consists of Kathryn Hamilton, chair, with John Thomas and Stacey Helsel. If you are interested in the position, or have a suggestion of someone who may be interested, please contact one of them immediately.

Ballot counting took place on August 24, 2005 at 7:15 p.m. at 25424 Westline Rd. Cleveland MO 64734. Ballot committee consisted of Marilyn Painter, Johnene Baxter, Rebecca Elder, Connie Erb, & Bridget Mason. 262 votes were received for the VP position. 255 votes were received for the SE Director position. In addition, three envelopes were received after the posted deadline of July 5th, 2005.
