Motion 1 from Larry Favreau Move that the ACDCA support the entries of ACD's at the Northern CA Herding Group Assn. Oct 24th 2008, the Sacramento Valley Dog Fanciers Oct 25th 2008, and the Sacramento Valley Dog Fanciers Oct 26th 2008 as requested by the Gold Coast ACD Club. It is understood Gold Coast ACD club will pay all required fees and provide trophies at these events.

Motion 2 by Ronnie Moore: Request of the President on concurrence of the
board to send Draft 4 letter to Mr. Jim Buzzard via club attorney Robert
Danelen asking for removal of the reference to Mr. Buzzard being a member of
ACDCA, Inc. from his website. Failure to comply will result in no
advertisements that reference Buzzard Australian Cattle Dogs which would
lead the public to Mr. Buzzard's misleading website being accepted in the
ACDCA Quarterly magazine or any other ACDCA publication.
