JANUARY 2007 ACDCA BOARD BUSINESS Motion 1 from Sara Reiter Moves that the Board of the ACDCA adhere to the following policies when considering approval of supported entries and regional specialties: 1. Regional specialties should only be approved for clubs actively in the process of seeking AKC licensed status. Supported entries can be organized by a group of members. 2. Financial responsibility for losses must be borne by the hosting group. The hosting group will pay all application fees. Regional specialties should pay the ACDCA 10% of their net profits to cover use of ACDCA infrastructure to get approval for the event. 3. The board will consider the location and timing of these events relative to the National Specialty in approving regional specialties and supported entries.

Motion 2 from Larry Favreau Moves that the ACDCA support the entries of ACD's at the Richmond Dog Fanciers conformation show on August 4 and 5, 2007 as requested by the Gold Coast ACD Club.
